In your post admin, scroll down to the Video Information box (under the description field).

Find the Video trailer URL section and paste the URL (only mp4 or webm format):

Then save your post and you will see there's a preview of the trailer in the Video Information box:

Now you can publish your post, the video trailer will be played automatically on thumbnail mouseover.
