Create a footer menu

You can easily display links in your footer for example for DMCA or Terms of Use pages.

In your WP admin go to Appearance > Menus and create a new menu:

Then add what you want in your footer menu (pages, custom links, categories, etc.), check the Footer menu option in the Menu Settings at the bottom and click on Save menu button:

Now you will see links in the footer of your site.
