Set permalinks to postname

To improve your SEO, you have to set your permalinks to "postname". It will change your posts slugs from yoursite.com/?p=123 to yoursite.com/titleofyourpost

To change it, go to your WP admin > Settings > Permalinks and check the "Post name" option:
